Monrovia Hires New City Manager

Monrovia is welcoming a new city manager. Dylan Feik, who most recently served as city manager of Calistoga, will assume the position no later than Nov. 15. His contract calls for an annual base salary of $210,000.

“Words cannot express how truly blessed I feel to be selected as your next city manager," said Feik. "Through the recruitment process, I got to know the Monrovia community and the passion that people have for the city. As I step into this role, I will strive to carry Monrovia forward so that it continues to be the Gem of the Foothills."

Feik left his job with Calistoga in April. He previously worked as the administrative services director for Auburn. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Weber State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Kansas.
