WHAT'S THE SLA?

The Surplus Land Act (Govt. Code Sect.54220) requires public agencies (cities, counties, special districts, successor agencies (SAs), housing authorities, others) to first offer their property to affordable housing entities prior to their sale or lease.

IMPENDING DEADLINES
