Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university is preferred with major course work in business, public administration or a closely related field; and at least four (4) years of experience performing highly complex and responsible professional administrative work with departmental or organization-wide impact, including at least one (1) year of experience managing and administering projects or programs.
