Under general direction, the CFAO assists with planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of financial services for the Health and Human Services Agency; develops, modifies and implements financial policies and procedures; coordinates assigned activities with other branches, departments, and outside agencies; and acts as the Branch Director designee or in his/her absence.
