The County of Marin seeks a Deputy Director to oversee its Labor and Employee Relations programs and services.  

Do you have experience managing an organization’s labor relations program and acting as a chief negotiator in union bargaining?  Have you guided managers to work through employee relations issues, including employee performance deficiencies and grievances?    Are you passionate about making a difference by helping an organization foster a positive work environment and achieve its goals and services, and creating effective working relationships with labor representatives?  If so, and you are a solution oriented, strategic thinker and an excellent  communicator and collaborator, this high profile, key position in the Human Resources department and the County may be the perfect opportunity for you!  Apply by March 27th.
