Job Description

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in public sector personnel management with broad experience and an understanding of contemporary HR practices. With the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, this flexible, customer-oriented leader will understand what it takes to attract and retain a high-performing, diverse work force.

Successful candidates will have five years of increasingly responsible professional HR experience, including at least two in a managerial capacity and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s Degree along with experience in local government are highly desirable.
