We have an excellent opportunity for a Management Analyst - IT. We’re looking for a qualified, tech-savvy individual with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills for a Management Analyst position in the City Manager’s Office (CMO). In addition to performing professional, technical, analytical, and administrative work in support of CMO staff, a significant focus of this position will be supporting the implementation of the City’s Information Technology Strategic Plan. The position offers the unique opportunity to provide highly responsible staff support for a variety of program areas that directly impact City operations. rewarding for the ideal candidate. The successful incumbent will perform a wide variety of
difficult and complex tasks and responsibilities.
The Management Analyst – IT will participate in the negotiation of comprehensive outside consultant and contract Information Technology (IT) services, and provide contractor oversight and quality control; support management and outside consultants with the implementation of the City’s IT strategic plan; develop and document IT policies and practices; plan, organize, communicate, and manage, or assist in the management of a variety of IT projects, including software business needs assessment, procurement and selection, and implementation; assist City computer users with routine questions and ensure appropriate response times from contract help desk providers.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, public administration, business administration, or a related field, and will have two years of responsible administrative and analytical experiences, preferably within a local government environment, in the collection, compilation, and analysis of data involving financial, budgetary, operational, or administrative issues.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual compensation ranges from $77,490 to $98,899 and is determined based upon experience and qualifications. The City offers a highly competitive benefits program, including:
