At least two administrators from the Santa Barbara County area will vacate their positions this month.
Atascadero City Manager Rachelle Rickard is hanging up her hat after 26 years in local government. Rickard has announced her retirement, effective this July.
Armijo will leave the job on April 1.
Santa Fe Springs City Manager Raymond R. Cruz retired on December 30th after a 35-year career in local government.
Jim Schutz will end his eight-year run as San Rafael City Manager this July. Schutz announced his retirement last month.
