The Irvine City Council has voted 3-2 to remain part of the troubled Orange County Power Authority (OCPA).
The group includes Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Compton’s Aja Brown, Culver City’s Alex Fisch, and West Hollywood’s Lindsey Horvath.
